A. Ansaplus is currently tested and working on Avaya and NEC telephone systems.

 

Q. Can Rocket also install the phones systems as well as supply the software?

A. Yes, Rocket also supply and install the phone systems as well as the software.

 

Q. How does Ansaplus send SMS messages to customers?

A. Ansaplus can send SMS messages via two different providers, 2SMS and PageOne. Rocket will soon also be able to provide this service as well.

 

Q. How does Ansaplus send Faxes?

A. Ansaplus currently sends faxes via Zetafax software and a fax card.

 

Q. What database back end does Ansaplus use?

A. Ansaplus uses SQL Server as it's backend database.
