Ansaplus Overview
Ansaplus is a popular call centre solution for call centres that take general messages for a large number of customers. Customers can be setup in Ansaplus very quickly and easy.
Ansaplus Features
- Automatic call popping on the called DDI.
This moves the database to the customer the operator is answering the call for.
- Display of caller ID (CLI) and recognised company name and instructions.
Uses the caller ID to lookup the callers details in the database.
- Call popping as the phone rings to prepare the operator.
As soon as the phone is ringing the database looks up the company and the greeting to prepare them.
- Greeting display to tell the operator exactly how to answer each
call for each company.
The custom phrase used to answer the phone is brought up on the screen telling the operator exactly what to say.
- On screen instructions for the operator for each company.
Instructions to tell the operator what to do and not to do when answering the customers calls.
